Duties and Responsibilities:
● Reports directly to HQ Senior Accountant (for Luzon and Visayas Areas) and Davao Senior Accountant
(for Mindanao Areas).
● Monitors, reviews, verifies and releases cash advance requests and reimbursements
● Requests and monitors petty cash replenishments for satellite office expenses
● Daily reconciliation of GCash Transactions vs. ETAP portal transactions
● Provides concrete and accurate discrepancy reports on a daily basis
● Monitors the daily movement of transactions (Gcash, portal, and wallet)
● Maintains accounts receivable files and records.
● Records, manages, and maintains income and expenditure accounts of the satellite office
● Processes, verifies, and posts receipts for goods sold or services rendered.
● Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
● Deposits cash collection from the office to designate bank accounts.
● Keeps track and files all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements,
etc.
● Works with the collections department to review accounts, clients payments, and credit history, and
develop new or better repayment terms.
● Prepares analysis of accounts and produces daily/weekly/monthly reports.
● Files and remits taxes and other financial obligations
● Handles monthly computation of the revenue share, and reports to the store partner the summary of the
computation.
● Reinforces financial data confidentiality, and conduct data backups when necessary
● In the absence of the area supervisor, prepares and manages the collection schedules.
● Performs other duties as required or assigned by the Senior Accountant and Finance Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
