Job Responsibilities:
Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month

- Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Making outbound calls for sales, surveys, or follow-ups.
- Customer Service:
- Providing excellent customer service and support.
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Problem-Solving:
- Analyzing situations and providing effective solutions to customer issues.
- Multitasking:
- Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, such as talking to customers, entering data, and using computer systems.
- Adhering to Scripts and Guidelines:
- Amenable to working onsite or hybrid.
- With or without BPO/Call Center experience are welcome to apply.
- At least High School/SHS Graduate
- Can start asap.
- Average to Good communication skills.
Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
