Key responsibilities:
The Talent Acquisition Business Analyst collaborates with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance tools, streamline processes, and develop comprehensive reports that support continuous improvement initiatives.
Additionally, may be required to assist in recruiting for agent, non-agent, or tech positions based on company needs, necessitating talent acquisition experience.

Google Apps (Sheets) & Drive - Advance - Mandatory

Data Studio Experience - Mandatory

Experience supporting strategic projects or initiatives with multiple stakeholders - Mandatory

Experience recruiting and following end to end recruitment processes for agent, non-agent or tech positions - Desirable

Recruitment’s Process and Workflows knowledgeable - Desirable

Advance tool knowledge and usage (Avature, Workday, Pipefy) - Preferred

Experience with Agile Methodology - Preferred

Flowcharting software is knowledgeable. (Miro, Google Draw, Visio, etc.) - Desirable

Experience documenting processes, SOPs and playbooks - Desirable
Qualifications:
- Oral and written comprehension.
- Appropriate use of language

University Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, tourism or related field - Desirable

Google Data Analytics Certification- Desirable

Six Sigma Green Belt - Desirable
