Key Qualifications:
- A strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage and label documents accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure the timely and accurate handling of documents.
- Organize, label, and maintain documents according to company standards.
- Assist the lending team by managing the flow of paperwork and ensuring all documents are complete and correctly filed.
- Implement and maintain processes for tracking document status and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless operations and communication.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in all tasks.
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: $450 - $500 per month (to be discussed during the interview)
- Start Date: Immediate
- Work Hours: 8 am to 5 pm EST
