Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with different departments to ensure the timely and accurate handling of documents.
Organize, label, and maintain documents according to company standards.
Assist the lending team by managing the flow of paperwork and ensuring all documents are complete and correctly filed.
Implement and maintain processes for tracking document status and follow-up.
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless operations and communication.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in all tasks.
