At AES we are looking for a Network Implementation Senior Engineer
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the implementation of network changes, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively while minimizing disruption to operations.
Collaborate with IT and OT teams to assess proposed network implementations, evaluate potential impacts, and develop comprehensive implementation plans.
Coordinate the review and approval process for network implementation plans, ensuring alignment with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders involved in network implementations, including vendors, internal teams, and external partners.
Monitor and track the progress of network implementations, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from the planned schedule.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the success of network implementations, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Document all network implementations, including implementation plans, approvals, implementation details, and outcomes, to maintain an accurate implementation history and support audit requirements.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in network implementation management or a similar role within enterprise-level environments.
Proficient in network technologies and protocols, with a strong understanding of networking principles and architectures.
Familiarity with implementation management processes and methodologies, such as ITIL, and experience implementing them in a network environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to assess complex situations, identify risks and opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Relevant certifications in implementation management or networking (e.g., ITIL, CCNA, CCNP) are advantageous.
