Job description

We are searching for a proactive and service-minded IT Supporter to join our team in Panama. In this role, you will work closely with our IT Senior Supporter to provide daily support, set up users and devices, and contribute to various IT projects.

You’ll be part of a global IT team of 22 professionals based in Denmark, the UAE, Singapore, and Panama, specializing in IT Support, Information Security, infrastructure, and more. This position offers significant opportunities for personal and professional growth, in a dynamic and international environment.
Areas of Focus
As an IT Supporter at Monjasa, you’ll work alongside a global IT team, supporting colleagues across the Americas. This role is perfect for someone who loves problem-solving, customer service, and learning in a fast-paced environment. In addition to supporting users and troubleshooting, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about ERP systems (like Navision), which are vital to our operations.

In this role, you will be the primary technical support resource, responsible for configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software. You’ll work with both remote and onsite users to keep our operations running smoothly and ensure Monjasa’s teams across the Americas region are well-supported.
Additionally, you will focus on:
  • Provide support to remote and onsite users through the helpdesk system
  • Configure and deploy essential devices (phones, laptops, etc.)
  • Maintain asset and inventory control
  • Manage user accounts in Azure and O365
  • Deploy software patches via Endpoint Central
  • Assist with purchasing end-user hardware and software subscriptions
  • Document processes and solutions to build a strong support foundation
Technologies You’ll Work With:
Office 365, ITIL V5, Intune, Windows 11, MS Teams, Jira, Endpoint Central, Power Apps, Low Code and Share Point Online

Your Professional Skills
We expect you to have a relevant IT education and 2-3 years of experience in similar positions. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, and Portuguese will be considered an advantage.
Furthermore, it is preferred if, you are an experienced user of Microsoft Office and familiar with enterprise-level IT environments
You have experience with one or more of the following:
  • User administration in Azure and O365
  • Endpoint management and software deployment
  • Network troubleshooting and configuration
  • Helpdesk systems such as Jira or similar platforms
  • Power Platform
  • Microsoft Intune for device management
