Overview
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team, with a specific focus on recruiting for the US market. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity located near DHA Phase 2 Extension, Karachi. The working hours for this role are from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM to align with US business hours. The ideal candidate should have exceptional English communication skills and a proven ability to recruit for technical roles, particularly in the Data and AI space.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical positions, particularly for US-based clients.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through multiple channels including Linked In, job boards, and networking.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for future job openings.
- Stay up-to-date on US labor laws, market trends, and best practices in recruitment.
- Strong communication skills
- At least 2 years of experience in technical recruiting practices in the US market
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of technical roles and requirements
- Understanding of technical roles
- Experience with recruiting tools and software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
