What we are looking for:
We are looking for a meticulous and skilled Technical Documentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documents, including Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs), user manuals, workflows, and reports. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Responsibilities:
Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a meticulous and skilled Technical Documentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documents, including Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs), user manuals, workflows, and reports. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality technical documents, including SRS, DFDs, user manuals, workflows, and reports.
- Collaborate with project managers, software developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather and document technical and functional requirements.
- Create clear and detailed diagrams, charts, and workflows to visually represent processes and system functionalities.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to company standards and industry best practices.
- Review and edit documents created by other team members to ensure consistency and quality.
- Conduct interviews and meetings with subject matter experts to gather necessary information for documentation.
- Manage documentation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery of all documents.
- Maintain a centralized repository of all technical documents for easy access and reference.
- Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on the use and interpretation of technical documents.
