We are seeking an experienced and proactive Team Lead for our Software Engineering Production team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software engineering and production, coupled with leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of developers. This role involves overseeing the development, deployment, and maintenance of software products, ensuring they meet quality standards and production requirements. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations. Project Management: Oversee the development lifecycle of software projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to production schedules. Technical Oversight: Review and approve technical designs, code, and implementation strategies to ensure alignment with best practices and production standards. Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including QA, operations, and product management, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software solutions. Problem Solving: Address and resolve production issues, bugs, and performance challenges promptly and effectively. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve development and production processes to enhance efficiency and product quality. Documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation of software solutions, processes, and procedures. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of leading development teams and managing production environments.
