Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Sales Representative with an American accent to join our Lahore-based call center. As a key player in our BPO team, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing customer interactions through effective cold calling and sales techniques. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, presenting and selling our products/services.
Utilize your American accent to establish clear and professional communication with clients.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
Handle objections and provide solutions to customer inquiries.
Accurately document and report on sales activities and outcomes.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and cold calling within a BPO or similar environment.
Strong American accent to ensure effective communication with clients.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in an office-based setting in Lahore.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
