Job Description:
As a Female Customer Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in driving sales and fostering strong customer relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with customers, understanding their needs, presenting our products/services, and closing sales. You will work closely with our sales team and management to achieve sales targets and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential and existing customers through various channels (phone, email, in-person) to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Present and promote our products/services effectively to drive sales and meet targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales performance and customer engagement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Must be based in Lahore and able to work from our office.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales or customer service.
• Previous experience in [sales/ cold calling ] is a plus.
