You will be working in a building environment, where you will be responsible for providing safety and security to both staff and visitors alike.

Main duties:
Positive point of contact for visitors and colleagues, providing "at point of need" support and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
Manage security or safety incidents, report and respond to any identified threats, and consult with our clients, colleagues, and visitors to improve their safety.
Perform building and property patrols, health and safety incident management, access control, first aid, lost property management, and other duties as required.
As a Community Security Officer, you are responsible for protecting the property, people, and assets of our clients whilst working in locations that may have religious beliefs that are different from your own, therefore you will need to be sensitive to their needs and expectations.
The role also requires you to interact with children, vulnerable adults, and people who may have limited English language skills, therefore you will need to adjust your interaction accordingly.
