We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Salesman/ Order Booker to join our FMCG team. As an Salesman/ Order Booker, you will be responsible for generating sales by visiting potential customers, presenting product information, and securing orders. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth and profitability of our company in the FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential customers (retailers, distributors, etc.) to present company products and secure orders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to recommend suitable products.
• Negotiate prices and terms of sale to meet both customer and company needs.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare and submit sales orders and ensure accurate documentation.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of products to customers and follow up to resolve any issues or concerns.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Order Booker or similar role in the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of FMCG products and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers.
• Goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets.
• Familiarity with sales software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to travel within assigned territory as needed.
• High school diploma required; Intermediate preferred.

Working Conditions:

• This position requires frequent travel within a designated sales territory.
