Job Description:
- Coordinate and manage the activities of brand ambassadors, ensuring alignment with brand goals and sales targets.
- Assist in planning and executing events, promotions, and campaigns in key accounts to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, marketing) to ensure BAs have the necessary materials and support.
- Serve as a point of contact between brand ambassadors, key accounts, and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Monitor and report on the performance of brand ambassadors and promotional activities, providing regular updates to management.
- Provide training and support to brand ambassadors to ensure they have the knowledge and tools needed to effectively promote the brand.
- Prepare regular reports on brand ambassador activities, sales performance, and market insights for senior management review.
- Monitor sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure BAs are meeting or exceeding goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales coordination, sales support, or brand management within the Retail / FMCG sector.
- Proficiency in MS Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
