Job Description:
Skyline Travels Pvt. Ltd., A leading travel agency and travel management company, is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented **Sales and Marketing Executive**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales, expanding customer reach, and ensuring top-notch customer service for both leisure and corporate clients. Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Development:
· Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into customers.
· Develop and implement strategies to grow sales for corporate travel and holiday packages.
· Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, tour operators, and partners.
· Manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and report sales performance.
2. Marketing Strategy:
· Design and execute marketing campaigns for travel packages and services through various channels (social media, email marketing, and online advertising).
· Develop promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients.
· Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive positioning.
· Collaborate with digital marketing teams to boost online visibility and engagement.
3. Customer Service:
· Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after the booking process.
· Resolve client queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
· Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless travel experiences.
· Provide personalized travel advice and recommendations to clients.
4. Account Management:
· Manage key corporate accounts, ensuring their travel needs are met.
· Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and service agreements.
· Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve service quality.
5. Reporting & Analysis:
· Analyze sales trends and performance, providing insights for improvements.
· Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation as needed.
· Maintain and update client records and CRM systems.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 2-3 years of experience in sales or marketing within the travel or hospitality industry.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
· Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
· Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms.
· Passion for travel and knowledge of travel destinations, airlines, and travel trends is a plus.
