Office Assistant

Responsibilities of an Office Assistant
  • Administrative Support:
  • Handle general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and stocking.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication:
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients, providing information as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including memos and reports.
  • Document Management:
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Ensure that all documentation complies with company standards and policies.
  • Office Management:
  • Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs and servicing as necessary.
  • Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Support the onboarding of new employees and manage office-related queries.
  • Data Management:
  • Input and manage data in various systems and databases.
  • Generate and analyze reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
  • Intermediate (Preferred)
