- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, including content, presentations, and promotional assets.
- MBA with a focus on Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and analytics.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
