Manager (Contracts) 1. Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects 2.Decide on suitable strategies and objectives 3.Coordinate cross-project activities 4.Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff 5.Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities 6.Apply change, risk and resource management 7.Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors 8.Assess program performance and aim to maximize 9.Resolve projects’ higher scope issues 10 Prepare reports for CEO Project Planning 11 Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management. 12 Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors. 13 Determines project specifications by studying design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates. 14 Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements. 16 Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems. 17 Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions. 18 To identify project risks at the start of project as per documented guide lines “ Guide Lines for project Risks Management” 19 To element, mitigate, reduce, transfer or control project risks as per documented guide lines “ Guide Lines for project Risks Management” 20 Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts. Project Execution: 21 To establish and maintain business relationship with client and with subcontractors. 22 To establish and maintain business relationship with client’s representative by visiting, meeting and inviting him. 23 Before starting , read , study and understand client’s code of businees, their business value. 24 To execute project as per poject plan. 25 Make sure that activities being carried out follows the management plan 26 Assemble the team involved, advance and maintain it during the lifecycle of the project 27 Create deliverables using the project plan, assess processes and plans involved to deliver the overall output. 28 Ensure that the project team is managed effectively so that their performance is maximized and all issues are promptly addressed. 29 Ensure that there is no gap in the communication channels to enable information to be received and responded on time. 30 Maintains safe working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations. 31 Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions. Project Monitoring and Control 32 Maintains project data base ; entering and backing up data. 33 Maintain accurate and up-to-date information about the project status and performance throughout the project lifecycle by -Preparing daily and weekly progress report as per documented procedure “ Procedure for Project Progress Reporting” 34 To Communicate Project Progress to CEO as per “Project Communication Management Plan. 35 Evaluate the actual performance of a project versus the desire and planned performance. 36 Determine if corrective or preventive measures are required. 37 Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations. 38 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 39 Control Sub contractor work. 40 Communicant with client 41 Confirms Project performance by installing and conducting tests. 42 Ensure availaibility and implementation of Quality Mangement system ISO documentations 43 Ensure safety of the prject team at the site 44 Any other assignment, Assign by CEO.
