HR Officer
Teletaleem is seeking an enthusiastic HR Officer who can handle HR operations effectively having a relevant experience of 1-2 years.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in end to end recruitment cycle.
· Screening and shortlisting candidates
· Conducting recruitment interviews and recording them accordingly
· Facilitating newcomers joining formalities. Maintain Accurate and up to date record of new joiners.
· Handling monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees.
· Preparing and sending contracts to new Joiners
· Must be willing to visit fields if there will be any requirement
Skills and Experience:
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
· Effective written and communication skills
· Having strong interpersonal skills; must be a quick learner
Location: Plot #291, Street # 3, Sector I-9/3 Industrial Area, Islamabad
