The HR Officer plays a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various functions including recruitment, employee relations, performan ce management, and compliance. This role involves handling day-to-day HR operations, assisting with HR programs, and ensuring a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of one years of experience in an HR role, or fresh with a solid understanding of HR practices and employment law.
Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
o Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
o Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Salary:
As per market.
