● Develop personnel policies and procedures to be implemented by the Human Resource Manager
● Plan and design new methods for developing and strengthening HR/ Organizational climate.
● Oversee the compensation, remuneration and benefits policies implemented within the company, and make changes as and when necessary
● Ensure that all employees are following Human Resource policies with the help of the HR Manager
● Submit an annual evaluation of employees with the assistance of the HR Manager regarding the promotion/removal of employees to the Board for approval.
