Hospital Coordinator (Emergency Department)
Emergency Coordinator Required (Preferred Male)

You will be responsible to:
Experience : 2 Years minimum in Hospital Emergency (hospital administration experience can be count if the candidate has potential).

You will be responsible to:
- Visit all patients on a daily basis to ensure their comfort and satisfaction with the level of services provided.
- Follow up to resolve queries and complaints raised by patients and their families, ensuring timely entry in the system and providing feedback to the concerned parties.
- Maintain strong liaison with all relevant departments and effectively coordinate with them for the provision of necessary services.
- Coordinate with the purchase department for the procurement of equipment/accessories and oversee construction and maintenance activities.
- Supervise and coordinate with the concerned parties for smooth processing of patient admissions, transfers in and out from emergency.
- Maintain unit inventory with the head nurse and follow up for the disposal and write-off of inventory / Maintain cash check and balance.
- Conduct studies of service issues by collecting and analyzing data related to patient services and the issues arising from it, and share recommendations for improvement with management.
- Ensure timely completion of special projects and assignments while adhering to applicable policies and protocols in the assigned units Requirements.
Experience : 2 Years minimum in Hospital Emergency (hospital administration experience can be count if the candidate has potential).
