Female Customer Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Sales Representative to join our team and help drive our sales efforts while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Position Overview: As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential and existing customers. You will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs, promoting our products/services, and delivering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Engagement:
- Proactively reach out to potential customers and follow up on leads to generate sales opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to provide custom service recommendations.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations, both over the phone and in person.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals while adhering to company policies and pricing guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using our CRM system.
- Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product management, to align on sales strategies and promotions.
- Stay informed about service updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively address customer needs.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for sales and customer service.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
