Source Code is looking for an International Sales Executive (E-Book Sales):
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
· Listen actively to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely solutions.
· Maintain a positive and helpful demeanor even in challenging situations.
· Document and update customer interactions in our system.
· Collaborate with the team to continuously improve customer service processes.
Qualifications:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Customer-focused attitude with a desire to exceed expectations.
· Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
· Previous call center experience is a plus but not required.
· High school diploma or equivalent
