1. Job Purpose: The Distribution Officer will be responsible for ensuring the efficient distribution of products to our customers while maintaining high levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction. 2. Key Accountabilities / Deliverables:
Coordinate the distribution of products to customers, ensuring timely delivery and accurate order fulfillment.
Develop and implement distribution strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the team to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
Oversee the transportation of products, and managing transportation schedules.
Manage distribution staff, Driver, Decanters.
Implement quality control procedures to ensure that products meet company standards before distribution.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other relevant data.
Analyze distribution processes and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the distribution process.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, to address customer inquiries and resolve distribution-related issues.
3. Job Specification:
Bachelor's degree, Logistic, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
2 to 3 Years of Experience in relevant field
4. Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
