Platform Management: Manage and maintain our social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Snapchat.
Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content, including text posts, images, and videos, that aligns with our brand identity and target audience.
Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. Foster a positive and engaging online community.
Analytics: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Client Management: Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables and maintaining strong client relationships.
Mood Boards: Create mood boards to visualize and communicate brand aesthetic and content direction.
Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure social media campaigns align with overall marketing goals.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media management.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 PKR (depending on experience and skill set) Benefits:
