Job Responsibilities:

• Platform Management: Manage and maintain our social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Snapchat.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content, including text posts, images, and videos, that aligns with our brand identity and target audience.
• Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. Foster a positive and engaging online community.
• Analytics: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Client Management: Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Mood Boards: Create mood boards to visualize and communicate brand aesthetic and content direction.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure social media campaigns align with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

Salary:
40,000 - 50,000 PKR (depending on experience and skill set)
