We are looking for a Business Development Manager / Executive who could get business from online portals and direct marketing. The ideal candidate should be responsible for: - Acquiring business through different channels (Upwork, Freelance, Guru, People Per Hour, Fiverr, Linked-in, etc.) for Web Design, SEO, Social Media, Development, App Development, and Graphic Design Projects. - Quality project selection and bidding. - Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project. - Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with clients, and closure. - Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team, and deliver the project to the client. Talking on the phone, chatting applications, and Skype depending on the requirement of the client. - Maintain a very high rating on all platforms. - Maintain a healthy relationship with the clients.- Experience with interacting with clients in the US/ UK / Canada / Australia. (1-2 Years) - Must have experience in IT industry Sales background. Skills Required: - Must have BS degree - Sound written & verbal communication in English. - Must have experience for professional Email Writing. - Good understanding of the internet. - Basic Salary with Commission will be awarded, with different commission slabs as per the sales and target.
