Role Description This role is from the real estate acquisition team. The Business Development Executive is supposed to get into a contract with the property homeowner to buy the property. It is a full-time on-site role at Kabir Corporation's office in Rawalpindi. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into deals. They only have to work on specific potential leads through calls, emails, or text messages. Qualifications * B2B prior experience * Experience in dealing with US clients or customers * Strong Business acumen and Communication skills * Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills * Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently Experience: Sales and services to the US customers or clients: 2 years Working Schedule: Monday to Friday ( 7:00 pm to 4:00 am) Job Type: Full-time Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month Application Deadline: 14/09/2024
