B2B Sales Executive

Job Title: B2B Sales Executive (Expert)
Project: US-Based
Company: Raast Solutions
Location: 5th road, D-Block, Commercial Market, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi
Job Type: Full-Time (office based)
Salary: PKR 80,000 to 120,000 + Bonus Incentives earn upto 500k
Work Schedule: 05 PM to 02 AM,
Weekend Offs: Saturdays and Sundays
Job Description:
Raast Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven “B2B Sales Executive” to join our team for an exciting US-based project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new clients, pitching our innovative projects, and closing sales. If you have a passion for sales and a proven track record of success in B2B environments, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for growth.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a B2B Sales Expert or similar role.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to align with the project schedule.
