Admin Executive

Job Summary:
The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication between various departments, handling office supplies, managing facilities, and providing administrative support to the IT team and leadership. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Management:
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office operations, including equipment, supplies, and facility management.
  • Oversee office cleanliness and maintenance; coordinate with housekeeping staff.
  • Manage office inventories, order supplies, and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Manage vendor relationships for office supplies, IT hardware, and services.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide general administrative support to the IT team and other departments as required.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the management team.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation as required.
  • IT Coordination:
  • Liaise with the IT department to ensure all systems and equipment (printers, networks, etc.) are functioning properly.
  • Manage asset tracking for all IT-related equipment, including computers, software, and peripherals.
  • Handle minor IT troubleshooting tasks and escalate issues to the IT team as necessary.
  • HR Assistance:
  • Support HR in the onboarding process, including setting up workstations for new employees.
  • Manage employee attendance records and leave tracking.
  • Assist with the organization of team events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Facility Management:
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office infrastructure, including air conditioning, security systems, and IT hardware.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities when necessary.
  • Compliance & Records Management:
  • Ensure company documents and records are maintained and filed accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Manage and update administrative processes, including office manuals and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Rs25,000.00 per month
Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
