Accounts Assistant

Job Description
  • Bookkeeping account, preparing, and controlling FYS, GST, and tax declaration
  • Responsible for assigning account codes to all transactions in the accounting system
  • Record and process all business transactions within the organisations accounting system using principles of double-entry accounting
  • Calculate customer/supplier account balances and reconcile with totals.
  • Record transactions and events relating to inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure and finance costs.
  • Record transactions and events relating to sales, purchases, receivables, payables, and cash.
  • Update sales receipt in the accounting software
  • Maintain accurate financial records and statements.
  • Compile the relevant business documentation used in banking processes
  • Process payroll transactions into the organisations accounting system
  • Prepare sales invoice & online payments
  • Liaising with our clients for orders and payment
Responsibilities towards the Company Client:
  • Handle full sets of accounting function for one particular client
  • Prepare management reports and monthly schedules
  • Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
  • Perform month-end closing activities.
  • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
About you
  • Needs to possess knowledge of Quickbooks, Inuit and Excel
  • Able to handle Full Sets of Books for a Group of Companies

Benefits: Work from home
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
