Job brief We are urgently looking for a Self motivated retail Store Manager for HORECA, OS&E store (DUBAI) to be responsible for the overall store management. The candidate need to be expert in selling kitchen equipment. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will be highly preferred if they have a background in hospitality industry, financial planning, or retail management. Responsibilities:
Develop strategies to boost sales and store traffic.
Drive sales of kitchen equipment.
Ensure high customer satisfaction.
Oversee store administration and compliance.
Maintain store condition and visual standards.
Address staff and customer issues.
Research new restaurants and market trends, and collaborate with suppliers.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Store Manager with kitchen equipment.
Strong supplier management and market knowledge.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
