Purpose:
- As part of the Maintenance team, responsible to carry out all preventive & break-down maintenance of electrical that is allocated by the supervisor.
Summary of the Job Role:
- Attend to all electrical breakdown repairs.
- Carry out scheduled electrical maintenance work in the OCI premises.

Key Deliverables:
- Install, Connect, Test and Maintain all electrical systems in OCI premises.
- Perform preventive maintenance periodically.
- Attend to all electrical breakdowns.
- Fix or change electrical lightings, plugs, power points, cable wirings and other normal electrical work (especially machines).
- Assist in mechanical work concerned with electrical maintenance such as removal, stripping, assembly of motors and electrically operated sewing machines.
- Maintain records of all maintenance activities.
- Responsible for upkeep of OCI Golf car including maintenance, charging and cleaning.
- Responsible for cleaning and servicing of quality control machinery such as ovens, testing machines, etc.
- Regularly update and ordering of stock items including spare parts and consumables through the Electrical Engineer.
- Responsible for training visitors, interns, new employees, etc. in the electrical activities.

Qualifications:
- Trade certificate as Electrician from any industrial training institute.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to resolve issues on time.
- Basic communication skills.
- PLC controlled panel knowledge (preferred).
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in an industrial workshop.
Business Understanding:
- Basic understanding of the work area operations is necessary.
