Job Description: Brand Supervisor Company Overview: Capital Store Oman is a dynamic and forward-thinking company in the beauty retail and distribution industry providing exceptional products and customer experiences. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Brand Supervisor to lead the execution of our brand strategies and drive growth across the markets. Job Summary: The Brand Supervisor will be responsible for managing and enhancing the brand image, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, and driving strategic initiatives to strengthen the brand’s position in the market. This role will involve working closely with the marketing, sales, product development, and customer service teams to create and execute brand plans that align with the company's overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and refine brand strategies to align with business objectives, market trends, and consumer needs. - Plan, execute, and monitor brand campaigns across digital, social, print, and in-store channels. - Conduct regular market research and consumer insight studies to understand customer behavior and preferences. - Work with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment in all activities. - Manage and monitor the brand budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources. - Monitor brand performance metrics and prepare regular reports on brand health, campaign effectiveness, and market share. - Train, mentor, and develop junior marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Increase in brand awareness as measured by brand surveys, social media engagement, and market research. - Improvement in brand perception metrics (e.g., Net Promoter Score (NPS), customer satisfaction). - ROI of marketing campaigns (e.g., cost per acquisition, customer lifetime value). - Contribution of brand activities to overall sales growth. - Growth in social media followers, engagement, and content sharing. - Adherence to the brand marketing budget. - Successful launch of new products with targeted sales and distribution reach. - Maintenance or improvement of key brand health metrics (e.g., brand equity, brand loyalty). Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in brand management or a similar role. - Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies and campaigns. - Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data analysis. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. (English and Arabic) - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office. - Experience in budget management and working with external partners.
