We are looking for a skilled and efficient Accounts cum HR Executive to manage accounting operations while supporting the human resources function. This role involves handling day-to-day financial activities and assisting with HR tasks like recruitment, payroll, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in both accounting and HR practices, ensuring smooth financial processes and fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Accounts & Finance:
Manage daily accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
Reconcile financial discrepancies and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
Handle VAT, income tax, and other statutory filings.
Assist with budgeting and cash flow management.
Support the coordination with external auditors during audits.
Human Resources:
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit processes.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies.
Manage payroll processing in collaboration with the accounts team.
Assist in resolving employee relations issues and managing grievances.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws of Oman.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources.
Experience in both accounting and HR functions.
Familiarity with accounting software and HR management tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Fluent in English and Hindi/Urdu, with conversational proficiency in Arabic.
