Nel is seeking a motivated and dedicated Technical Support Associate to join our team. In the role you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to our customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will also include:

Documenting customer cases and solutions in our systems.
Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues.
Providing training and guidance to customers on the use of our products and services.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our support processes and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who:

Has interest in technical support or customer service, preferably in a technology company.
Has a strong understanding of the Windows platform (client, server, Azure).
Is fluent in both written and spoken English, Norwegian language would be a plus.
