As a Supply Chain & Customer Support Specialist, you are responsible for optimal logistics and order processing. You also work closely with our service engineers to ensure timely service dispatch to our customers. You lead with strong customer centricity to enable Roche Diagnostics Norway to run its internal operations smoothly.
This position comes about as a unique opportunity because of the global ASPIRE program, where Norway will deploy a global SAP solution to improve the way we handle data & insights from an end-to-end enterprise level.
The Opportunity, but not limited to the following
You are responsible for accurate order management and execute on SD (Sales and Distribution) processes within our complex SAP landscape, ensuring high-quality execution.
You act as a business process owner ensuring smooth supply chain operations, including successful delivery of products, back order management, order fulfillment, on time invoicing, order flow monitoring.
You closely collaborate with third-party logistics for logistics operations.
You support dispatch coordination with our internal service engineersto ensure timely service support to our customers.
You proactively offer tailored support to meet the diverse needs of customers, ensuring their satisfaction is maintained and even enhanced. (communication by phone and email)
You collaborate cross functionally within the organization for resolving operational challenges and striving for process improvements.
You actively contribute in daily supply chain operation and demonstrate flexibility working on multiple, different tasks supporting the local team as it fits best.
Who You Are
You hold a university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
You demonstrate high analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
You are a true team player with high work ethics, practicing a result-oriented working style, possessing decision-making and implementation skills with a proven ability to work independently and under pressure, effectively prioritizing tasks.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Norwegian, enabling effective stakeholder communication.
You are / will be located in Oslo, Norway
Experience with any ERP system (e.g., SAP) is highly advantageous.
A background in supply chain or logistics within an international or multicultural organization, preferably in the pharmaceutical or diagnostics industry, is an advantage.
