We are currently looking for part-time drivers to work from our DIP in Kristiansand!
We are looking for drivers who want to work the weekend shift. As a driver with us, you play an important role in representing Oda to our customers. You will be part of our dedicated team of drivers and report to the Delivery Operating Manager and Delivery Team Leaders on site. You’ll be delivering groceries and packages to our many customers in the area. We believe you'll like working as a driver at Oda if you can manage your time effectively, work independently and in a team, and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. Additionally, it would help if you enjoyed being active, as this job involves a lot of physical activity and not only driving.

This position rotates between working Saturday and Sunday every other week.

What you’ll do as a Driver with us

• Delivering food and packages to our customers
• Maintain efficiency and quality in our work by loading and unloading goods, handling customers, and implementing routines and processes.
• Ensuring Customer service at the highest level
• Be responsible for simple maintenance of the car fleet, such as changing light bulbs, topping up liquids, and keeping the cars clean and presentable at all times
• Training new drivers on the road
• Contributing to the improvement of driver routines and processes

Qualifications

• Driving license (Class B) with a minimum of 2 year's driving experience
• Speaking English is required, and familiarity with Norwegian or another Nordic language is a plus.

• Working hours morning: 05:30-13:30
• Working hours evening: 13:30-21:30
• Salary is based on our collective agreement. Basic salary is 222 NOK per hour.
