Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging, responsive, and visually appealing Word Press websites based on client specifications.
- Customize and manage Word Press themes and plugins to meet design and functionality requirements.
- Optimize websites for performance, loading speed, and search engine rankings.
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and development teams to ensure brand consistency and seamless user experience.
- Implement best practices in web design, SEO, and user experience (UX).
- Conduct website maintenance, troubleshooting, and updates as needed to keep sites secure and functional.
- Create and present wireframes, mockups, and design drafts to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest Word Press, design, and SEO trends to continually improve website quality.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in website design and development with a primary focus on Word Press.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Java Script.
- Experience working with Word Press themes, page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery), and plugins.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and SEO best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and completed Word Press projects.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or other design tools.
- Knowledge of PHP for Word Press customization.
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Understanding of website security best practices.
