Manage all aspects of video production, including lighting, sound, composition, and camera operation.
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and scripts for video projects.
Ensure all video content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and communication strategies.
Video Editing:
Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content, using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Da Vinci Resolve.
Incorporate music, graphics, and special effects to enhance video quality and viewer engagement.
Ensure final edits are delivered within set deadlines and meet the highest production standards.
Create a variety of video content, including short social media clips, long-form content for training, and promotional videos.
Content Ideation & Strategy:
Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and execute creative video campaigns that will attract and retain audiences.
Develop a video content calendar in line with company goals and promotional events.
Stay updated on video content trends and continuously seek ways to improve and innovate.
Post-Production:
Ensure seamless post-production workflow, including video color correction, sound mixing, and final rendering.
Organize and manage video archives and digital assets for future use.
Collaborate on video distribution strategies, optimizing for various platforms (You Tube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Event & On-Site Filming:
Attend company events, seminars, and public engagements to film and document activities.
Capture candid and formal video footage that highlights the company’s culture and mission.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure all video projects maintain high production values, are on-brand, and meet technical standards for web and broadcast use.
Conduct final quality checks on all edited content before distribution.
