Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven User Acquisition Officer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Below-the-Line marketing strategies and a passion for driving user engagement and conversions. This role involves developing and executing innovative campaigns and initiatives to acquire new users, enhance customer relationships, and propel the company's growth. Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
Design and implement user acquisition strategies focusing on BTL marketing techniques such as direct mail, events, promotions, and personal selling.
Identify target segments and create tailored campaigns to attract and convert potential users.
Campaign Management:
Lead the execution of BTL marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
Manage budget allocations for each campaign, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize ROI.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Content, and Customer Service, to align acquisition efforts with business goals.
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to implement campaigns and promotional initiatives.
Data Analysis:
Analyze campaign performance and user acquisition metrics to optimize strategies and enhance effectiveness.
Use data-driven insights to adjust marketing tactics and improve user targeting.
User Engagement:
Develop and implement initiatives to nurture and engage acquired users to ensure long-term retention.
Create compelling messaging and content that resonates with the target audience.
Market Research:
Conduct ongoing market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and user preferences.
Identify new opportunities for user acquisition and recommend actionable strategies.
Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, user growth, and market insights for senior management.
Present findings and recommendations for improvement to the marketing team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5 years of experience in user acquisition, marketing, or sales, with a focus on BTL strategies.
Proven track record of successfully executing user acquisition campaigns and driving growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
