Technical Operator (Bottling)
Job Title: Technical Operator (Bottling)
Industry: FMCG(Food and Beverage)
Location: Sagamu Ogun State
The candidate should possess a first degree or its equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Membership in NSE and COREN certification is an added advantage. The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of post-NYSC practical, job-relevant experience in a well-structured FMCG (bottling) company, specifically with expertise in Krones Machines. The work nature involves shift duties.
Duties
Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month

Duties
- Verify and ensure proper functioning of all components of the machines and auxiliary
- Operate the machine in accordance with the established standard operating procedure and speed targets.
- Ensure material wastages from machine are kept at minimum acceptable level
- Report all malfunctions and constraints to the line Technical Supervisor
- Apply all company provided protective wears and gadgets and comply with all Health and Safety rules Carry out recommended maintenance as per checklist to ensure equipment reliability
- Ensure acceptable level of cleanliness in dressing and immediate work area in line with Good House Keeping Practice
- Avoid cross contamination of product due to unhygienic state of equipment
- Implement change-over programs as per production schedule.
- First Degree or its equivalent
- Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Membership of NSE and COREN certified is added advantage
- Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC practical, job-relevant experience in a well-structured FMCG (botting) company, with specific expertise in Krones Machines.
