Waiting for feedback This process may take up to 3 weeks. If there are any questions regarding your application, we will contact you by phone. Once all open questions are clarified and the requirements for the position are met, an invitation to an interview will be extended.
Invitation to a job interview The initial meeting takes place in person at asphericon in Jena or, if preferred, digitally through a video conference. In addition to a department representative, a representative from the HR department is always present at each interview.
Job interview During the interview, general questions about your background are discussed, as well as specific requirements of the work area and organizational aspects.
Follow-up interview If the first interview was positive for both, you and asphericon, a follow-up interview may occur. This one is usually longer and always conducted on-site, for example, with the head of HR department or the management.
Trial work (Optional) If a trial work arrangement is agreed upon, it includes getting to know the department, the team, and the specific tasks involved.
Hiring phase If all parties are satisfied with the interviews and/or the trial work, the hiring phase begins. Dates for contract signing and the first day of work are scheduled, and all necessary documents for you as a new team member are prepared.
