Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Trainer to join our team and deliver high-quality training programs for our clients using the Clinique Plus software. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the software and excellent communication and presentation skills. Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on the Clinique Plus software, tailored to the specific needs of different client groups.
Conduct classroom training sessions, webinars, and online tutorials.
Provide technical support and assistance to clients during and after training sessions.
Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and handouts.
Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest features and updates of the Clinique Plus software.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of the Clinique Plus software and its features.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to adapt training materials to different learning styles and levels of understanding.
