As a Social Media Manager at KICK&CO, you will oversee the complete social media lifecycle, from ideation to execution, for multiple brands. You will be responsible for managing a team of editors and designers, ensuring that all content is tailored to each platform, brand cohesive, and strategically aligned to meet the needs of each entity within our portfolio. This is a multifaceted role that requires an innovative approach to content creation, strategic planning, and a strong understanding of digital marketing funnels. You will have an allocated ads budget to drive growth across all channels and entities, working closely with the creative team to generate engaging content ideas for each platform. Additionally, you will create and manage shooting schedules, research competitors’ strategies, and develop a content schedule that is fluid and effective across different platforms. Your role will include overseeing all Call to Actions (CTAs) and ensuring backend systems are optimized to handle inquiries, leads, and partnerships effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Manage post creation, collaborating with editors and designers to ensure content is platform-specific, brand cohesive, and visually appealing.
Strategy Development: Develop content ideas for each entity and create shooting schedules that align with the brand's messaging and campaign goals.
Research & Analysis: Conduct research on competitors' content strategies and develop actionable insights to enhance our content creation and social media approach.
Paid Ads: Manage and allocate an ads budget across various platforms, ensuring maximum ROI for all campaigns.
Content Scheduling: Oversee the complete content cycle, from ideation and scripting to shooting, distribution, and repurposing, ensuring content output meets the goal of 1,000 pieces per month across all platforms.
Campaign Management: Ensure all CTAs are strategically placed within the content and that all funnels are optimized to handle inbound inquiries, leads, and sponsorships.
Multi-Account Management: Oversee multiple social media accounts, ensuring content and messaging consistency across all entities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure backend systems can handle increased traffic from content campaigns.
Performance Tracking: Track and analyze social media performance data and generate reports to optimize future content strategies.

Experienced in managing content for multiple brands and platforms with a proven track record of scaling engagement.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, scheduling, and management tools.
