Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content, including videos, graphics, and captivating written posts.
- Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, comments, and messages promptly.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
- Stay updated on the latest social media best practices and emerging platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging and visually appealing content, including videos, graphics, and written posts.
- Strong research skills to identify industry trends and audience preferences.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, etc.).
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Capcut editing tool).
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Remuneration: NGN 50,000
