Snr Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budget estimates, and resource allocation.
- Oversee project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure all project requirements and specifications are met.
- Budget and Cost Management
- Manage project budgets, control costs, and report financial status to stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the preparation of bids, proposals, and contract negotiations to ensure competitive pricing.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and manage project teams, including junior project managers, supervisors, and site staff.
- Establish roles and responsibilities, ensuring clear communication and delegation of tasks.
- Foster a positive work environment to enhance productivity, team cohesion, and job satisfaction.
- Risk Management and Problem Solving
- Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Resolve any project issues that arise, including conflicts with vendors, delays, and unforeseen obstacles.
- Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and schedules as necessary to maintain momentum.
- Quality Control and Safety Compliance
- Enforce quality standards across all project phases, conducting inspections and ensuring adherence to industry regulations.
- Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure project alignment with standards.
- Stakeholder Communication and Reporting
- Maintain regular communication with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and present project updates, performance reports, and forecasts to executive leadership and clients.
- Manage client expectations and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in construction project management, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget in sectors such as commercial, residential, or industrial construction.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with construction management software, such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Primavera P6.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams to achieve project objectives.
- Budget Management: Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities, with a solution-oriented approach.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for client interactions, reporting, and team coordination.
- Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
