Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in construction to oversee complex projects from inception to completion. Project Planning and Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budget estimates, and resource allocation.
Oversee project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure all project requirements and specifications are met.
Budget and Cost Management
Manage project budgets, control costs, and report financial status to stakeholders and senior management.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee the preparation of bids, proposals, and contract negotiations to ensure competitive pricing.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
Lead, mentor, and manage project teams, including junior project managers, supervisors, and site staff.
Establish roles and responsibilities, ensuring clear communication and delegation of tasks.
Foster a positive work environment to enhance productivity, team cohesion, and job satisfaction.
Risk Management and Problem Solving
Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.

Quality Control and Safety Compliance
Enforce quality standards across all project phases, conducting inspections and ensuring adherence to industry regulations.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure project alignment with standards.
Stakeholder Communication and Reporting
Maintain regular communication with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and present project updates, performance reports, and forecasts to executive leadership and clients.
Manage client expectations and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in construction project management, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior or lead role.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget in sectors such as commercial, residential, or industrial construction.
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification.
Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience with construction management software, such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Primavera P6.
