Job Summary
As a Senior i OS Developer, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of our i OS applications. You’ll work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to create exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a deep understanding of i OS frameworks, Swift, and Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-performance i OS applications in alignment with our product roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor and support junior developers, offering guidance and best practices to help them grow.
- Analyze and optimize application code to improve efficiency, stability, and scalability.
- Stay updated on i OS best practices, trends, and technologies to continuously improve our applications.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality.
- Integrate and work with external APIs, data sources, and third-party libraries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, ensuring smooth, reliable performance in our apps.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience developing i OS applications.
- Strong proficiency in Swift; knowledge of Objective-C is a plus.
- Deep understanding of i OS frameworks (UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, etc.) and Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines.
- Experience with Xcode and other i OS development tools.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect i OS applications to backend services.
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs, as well as CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Git Hub Actions.
- Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns, particularly MVVM and MVP.
- Knowledge of mobile testing frameworks for unit and UI testing.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with Swift UI and Combine framework.
- Knowledge of App Store submission guidelines and deployment processes.
- Background in mobile security best practices.
- Prior experience in a lead or senior development role.
