You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality mobile experiences. Optimize mobile applications for maximum performance, scalability, and responsiveness. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Debug and resolve performance issues, bugs, and crashes. Implement third-party libraries and APIs. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in mobile development. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Requirements : Technical Skills: Experience: 6-7 years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart. Mobile Development: Solid understanding of mobile development life cycles, design patterns, and best practices. Flutter: Proficiency in developing and deploying cross-platform applications using Flutter. Dart: Strong command of Dart, including language features like null safety. Version Control: Experience with Git for version control and collaboration. API Integration: Strong experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries. State Management: Familiarity with state management techniques such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc. Soft Skills: Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to new tools and technologies. Self-Driven: Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
