Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale building projects from conception to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Oversee the planning, design, and construction phases, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, assess quality, and identify potential issues.
- Develop and implement project management strategies, including risk assessment and mitigation plans.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and project team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Building Technology, Architecture, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 15 years of relevant experience in managing construction projects, with a proven track record of successful delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of building systems, construction materials, and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards in all aspects of work.
